Irvine, CA (August 2026) – Slave 2 Nothing® is proud to present its sixth annual Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert featuring The Offspring and presented in partnership with Audacy’s KROQ (KROQ -FM) on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, California. The concert will benefit programs improving the lives of individuals and families affected by addiction and substance abuse.
In-N-Out Burger President/Owner Lynsi Snyder and In-N-Out Burger Company Band .48 Special will also perform to support the cause during National Substance Abuse Prevention Month.
“I have a deep compassion for those battling addiction and for the families who walk through the heartbreak alongside them,” said Lynsi Snyder. “Addiction destroys lives, shatters hearts, and changes families forever. The 6th annual Rock 2 Freedom concert shines a light into those dark places, brings hope to the hurting, and reminds every person that freedom, healing, and restoration are possible.”
“More than 48 million Americans live with a substance use issue, affecting millions of families whose lives are touched by addiction,” said Sean Ellingson, Snyder’s husband and co-founder of Slave 2 Nothing. “Drug overdoses and overdose deaths have increased over the past two decades. Addressing this crisis requires compassion, awareness, and collective action. Together, we can help reduce stigma, support recovery, and create pathways to healing for those who need it most.”
Serving as host for the evening will be KROQ personality Megan Holiday, a dedicated advocate for sobriety, recovery, and harm reduction who is celebrating a decade of sobriety.
The event builds on the growing partnership between In-N-Out Burger and KROQ. In April of 2026, they unveiled the In-N-Out Burger Sound Space™ at KROQ, an enhanced version of the iconic Wilshire Boulevard performance venue that continues to host live broadcasts, intimate concerts, podcast experiences, and special events featuring both emerging artists and globally recognized bands. Through this collaboration, KROQ and In-N-Out Burger also support Slave 2 Nothing’s mission, furthering efforts to prevent substance abuse and help individuals achieve freedom from addiction.
“Growing up in Southern California, In-N-Out has always been an iconic part of the culture, so it’s truly an honor to host the Rock 2 Freedom concert. What makes it even more meaningful is that it’s all in support of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. The work they do in helping support recovery and protect vulnerable people couldn’t be more important,” said Holiday, Host, KROQ. “As someone in long-term recovery and a passionate advocate through my nonprofit, Life Of The Party, I know firsthand how life-changing access to resources can be. I’m also beyond stoked that The Offspring are part of this incredible night. They are the coolest dudes in the world and will always be part of the KROQ family. Bringing together music, community, and a shared commitment to helping others is what Rock 2 Freedom is all about, and I’m so proud to be part of it.”

The Offspring is an American rock band from Garden Grove, California, formed in 1984. The band’s lineup consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Dexter Holland, lead guitarist Noodles, bassist Todd Morse, drummer Brandon Pertzborn, and multi-instrumentalist Jonah Nimoy. Over the course of their longstanding career, they have released ten studio albums. The Offspring is often credited, alongside fellow California bands Green Day and Rancid, for reviving mainstream interest in “Punk Rock” in the 1990s. They have sold over 40 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands in history.
.48 Special is the In-N-Out Burger Company Band: Lynsi Snyder (bass/vocals), Sean Ellingson (guitar/vocals), Dave Edmunds (drums), Greg Nogle (lead vocals/bass), Kenny Echizen (lead guitar), Tony Morales (bass/guitar), Mike Rodrigues (keyboard), Kristi Calmy (vocals), Cholton Smith (vocals) and Robert Concepcion (vocals). They are known for playing 90s rock, alternative, and metal favorites with some classic rock hits, and you may hear an original song of theirs one day. However, that is not all they are known for – you won’t see a show without an aerial and fire-eating/dancing performance. .48 Special often plays at company gatherings, fundraisers, and picnics and has shared the stage with many rock icons over the years. Each band member works a full-time job as a leader at In-N-Out Burger and has a family. The music is a fun outlet and a way to hang with friends and entertain people they love.
