Irvine, CA (August 2025) – The Slave 2 Nothing® Foundation is proud to present its fifth annual Rock 2 Freedom™ Benefit Concert featuring Papa Roach and Sitting on Saturn on Saturday, October 18th, at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California. The Concert will benefit programs improving the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse.

“My heart breaks for the families dealing with the pain of addiction and for people trapped in it,” said Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson. “That kind of heartbreak really hits home for me. I want to change the world and save their lives, and although the number of overdoses is overwhelming, our mission at our 5th annual Rock 2 Freedom concert remains to give hope to those affected and help set free those who are held by the chains of addiction.”
“Our country, among others, is facing a growing crisis with substance abuse, and it’s an urgent issue affecting millions of individuals and families, right here in our very own communities,” said Sean Ellingson, co-founder of the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. “Drug overdoses are now the leading cause of death in the U.S., outnumbering both traffic crashes and gun-related deaths. We cannot look away, and it starts with all of us working together to be part of the solution. Everyone’s involvement matters, and we all have the power to make an impact in the fight against substance abuse.”
This benefit concert offers a unique opportunity for an incredible lineup of celebrity artists to come together and support the fight for freedom. To have talent like Papa Roach not only share the stage but be aligned on what the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert means is truly special.
“We are honored and excited to be invited to participate in the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert. We share a passion in helping people work towards recovery. Can’t wait to rock out with you all for a good cause!” said the band members of Papa Roach.

.48 Special is the In-N-Out Burger Company Band: Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson (vocals/bass), Sean Ellingson (guitar), Dave Edmunds (drums), Greg Nogle (vocals/bass), Kenny Echizen (guitar), Tony Morales (bass/guitar), Mike Rodrigues (keyboard), Kristi Calmy (vocals), Cholton Smith (vocals) and Robert Concepcion (vocals). They are known for playing 90s rock, alternative, and metal favorites with some classic rock hits, and they’re working on some original songs you may hear someday. However, that is not all they are known for – you won’t see a show without an aerial and fire-eating/dancing performance. .48 Special often plays at company gatherings, fundraisers, and picnics and has shared the stage with many rock icons over the years. Each band member works a full-time job as a leader at In-N-Out Burger and has a family. The music is a fun outlet and a way to hang with friends and entertain people they love.
