House of Blues Anaheim is located on the 4th level of the GardenWalk parking structure. Parking validations will be given out at the event.

Clear Bag Policy Reminder
In accordance with House of Blues Anaheim’s policy, bags must not exceed a maximum size of 12x6x12”. Small, backpack-style purses, such as those by Loungefly, are permitted, but regular-sized backpacks are not allowed. Any bags that do not meet these specifications will not be allowed into the venue. All bags will be subject to search.

In keeping with Slave 2 Nothing Foundation’s mission, alcohol will not be served or permitted at the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert.

Cookout Truck Raffle
When you check in at the House of Blues for the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert, you’ll receive a wristband and an entry form for the Rock 2 Freedom Cookout Truck Raffle. Simply fill out the form with your name, email address, and phone number, then submit it at the Rock 2 Freedom Cookout Truck Raffle Table by 8:30 p.m.

The raffle drawing will take place during the 2nd intermission on the Main Stage, and you must be present to win!

How do I access my ticket?

Tickets will be emailed to you directly after purchase. If you are unable to locate your tickets in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. Tickets are sent from [email protected]. You can also access your tickets through your Universe account using the email address associated with the order.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I sell the tickets if I’m unable to attend?

Tickets are not able to be re-sold.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Our Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert is officially sold out.

Where do I park?

The GardenWalk self-parking structure has two entrances conveniently located on Disney Way and Katella Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and Clementine Street. The venue is easily accessible from any level in the parking garage (including ADA accessibility). Parking is subject to capacity. House of Blues guests will receive validation for the first three (3) hours of their visit. The cost is $3 for each additional hour thereafter. Will there be food or beverages available?

For all VIP Package Ticket holders, complimentary food and mocktails will be included with ticket purchase. General Admission Ticket holders can purchase concessions from the main bar area.

In keeping with Slave 2 Nothing Foundation’s mission, alcohol will not be served or permitted in the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert.

Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the event?

Per House of Blues Anaheim policy, no re-entry will be permitted past the start of the benefit concert.

What is the dress code for the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert?

The attire for the event is casual. Obscene or offensive clothing is not allowed.

Will I be able to choose my seat?

General Admission tickets are standing room only in the Music Hall. Special VIP Lounges will be available to individuals who purchase one of our VIP Packages to the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert.

Who is benefiting from the Rock 2 Freedom Benefit Concert?

The concert will benefit the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, which was founded by Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson & Sean Ellingson in 2016 as a 501(C)(3). It is supported primarily through donor contributions and fundraising activities sponsored by In-N-Out Burger. Our mission is to support organizations in our communities that create, educate, and assist with solutions to eliminate human trafficking and provide individuals and their families with healing from substance abuse. Together, we can bring freedom to those who are truly suffering!

I can’t attend the event, but would like to donate. How can I do that?

Thank you for your support. Please select the Non-Attending Music Lover package from our ticketing tiers to contribute a $1,000 monetary donation and receive exclusive gifting in exchange for our gratitude.

What items are prohibited to bring to the event?

  • The following items are NOT permitted to enter the venue:
    • Cameras with detachable lenses, HD cameras, GoPro or iPad products, and drones
    • Backpacks, luggage, and large/oversized bags or purses (drawstring backpacks are okay)
    • Selfie sticks
    • Vape pens or equipment
    • Helmets
    • Pepper spray
    • Knives, chains, and any other weapons (including fake or replica weapons)
    • Pens, sharpies, pencils, highlighters
    • Animals
    • Drugs and alcohol
    • Laser pens and pointers
    • Handouts, stickers, or flyers of any kind
    • Costume masks (surgical-style masks covering the nose and mouth only are permitted)
    • Chewing gum
    • Spikes, including on clothing or accessories
    • Flow props (finger lights, wands, etc.)
    • Outside food & beverages (including sealed water bottles)
    • Umbrellas
